Website costs in Lithuania
How much does a website cost in Lithuania in 2026?
A website price is not determined by page count alone. Two offers with the same name may include very different amounts of work across planning, content, design, development, integrations and launch.
On 6 August 2026, we reviewed publicly listed starting prices for website services in Lithuania. The figures below are useful reference points, but they are not a national average and do not represent final contract values.
Last reviewed on 6 August 2026.
Public offers
Publicly listed starting prices
| Landing page | approximately €300-€800 |
|---|---|
| Business website | approximately €300-€1,500 and above |
| Clearly identified Shopify project | approximately €950-€1,300 |
| Website redesign | not enough comparable public pricing |
| Larger or custom project | no single comparable range |
These are starting prices published by service providers. They do not show the final scope, negotiated discounts, the number of revisions or the final amount paid by a client.
VAT was presented inconsistently. Some prices excluded VAT, some added it separately, and other providers did not clarify the VAT treatment.
What changes the price
A starting price needs to be read together with the scope
The budget is usually affected by:
- the number of pages and sections
- whether the site structure has already been planned
- whether final copy and images are available
- the amount of design and revision work
- content management requirements
- the number of languages
- forms, bookings, payments and other features
- third-party integrations
- migration from an existing site or store
- analytics, testing and launch work
01
Landing pages
A landing page is built around one offer, service, product, event or campaign.
The public starting prices in the reviewed sample were approximately €300-€800. The included work varied, so price alone does not show which offer is more suitable.
Kitoki landing pages from €500
The final scope and price are based on the page structure, available content, forms and integrations required for the project.
The scope may change depending on:
- the number of sections
- whether the content is ready
- the amount of custom design work
- enquiry or contact forms
- animation
- analytics
- external integrations
02
Business websites
A business website usually includes several pages, such as a homepage, services, company information, selected work and contact details.
Public starting prices in the reviewed offers ranged from approximately €300 to €1,500 and above.
Lower starting prices more often came with a predefined scope, theme or template selection, a limited number of pages or a shorter production process. However, a public description alone is not enough to verify how much custom design or project work is actually included.
Kitoki business websites from €1,500
Depending on the agreed scope, the project may include:
- planning the page and section structure
- working with the materials provided by the client
- organising content across pages and sections
- defining the visual direction
- designing the main pages
- responsive development for mobile and other screen sizes
- contact forms and agreed integrations
- Analytics and basic conversion tracking
- metadata, sitemap, canonical setup and Search Console
- connecting the domain
- testing and launch
Copywriting, translations, large amounts of content, advanced integrations and custom development are priced separately.
Business website design →03
Website redesigns
A redesign can describe very different projects. It may mean changing a few visual elements, or rebuilding the site structure, main pages and technical setup.
We did not find enough consistent and comparable public redesign prices to publish a useful market range.
Kitoki website redesigns from €1,200
This starting price is intended for a broader redesign project. Depending on the condition of the existing website, the work may include:
- reviewing the current website
- changing its structure
- redesigning the main pages
- improving how the content is presented
- fixing the mobile version
- reviewing forms and analytics
- checking technical SEO settings
- testing and relaunching the site
Small changes to copy, images or colours are not treated as a complete redesign and are estimated according to the specific task.
Website redesign →04
Shopify stores
The cost of a Shopify store depends on the product catalogue, design, payments, shipping, migration and integrations.
The clearly identified Shopify offers in the reviewed sample started at approximately €950-€1,300, but their scopes were not directly comparable. General WooCommerce, PrestaShop and other e-commerce offers were not treated as Shopify pricing data.
Kitoki Shopify stores from €1,500
The final quote is based on the catalogue, design requirements, payment and shipping setup, and how the store needs to be managed.
The following work is priced separately:
- preparing and uploading product information
- large product catalogues
- product migration
- translations
- advanced categories and filters
- custom payment or shipping requirements
- accounting, inventory, ERP or CRM integrations
- paid Shopify themes and apps
- custom development
05
Larger websites
There is no useful single price range for larger or custom projects.
A custom project may refer to a larger content website, an e-commerce solution, a booking system, a web application, CRM functionality, API integrations or other specialised features.
Larger Kitoki websites from €2,500
This is a starting point for a broader website project.
The following requirements are estimated separately:
- user registration and profiles
- custom databases
- marketplace functionality
- advanced booking systems
- non-standard payment processes
- substantial custom development
- complex third-party integrations
These requirements are estimated from a separate functional and technical scope.

|---|---|
| Business website | from €1,500 |
| Website redesign | from €1,200 |

A starting price is not a fixed package for an unlimited scope. The final proposal is based on the number of pages, content, languages, functionality, integrations and launch requirements.
Costs after launch
What costs may continue after launch?
Third-party costs
A website may involve recurring or one-off costs charged by external providers:
- domain registration and renewal
- hosting
- a Shopify or other platform subscription
- a paid theme
- plugins and apps
- business email
- booking, newsletter or other external service plans
Optional services
The following services can be commissioned separately after launch:
- technical maintenance
- ongoing SEO work
- advertising campaign setup
These costs and services are not always included in the website build price. Before work begins, we list the one-off production work and any expected monthly or annual costs separately.

We reviewed publicly listed starting prices for website, landing page and Shopify services in Lithuania. Paslaugos.lt category data was considered separately because platform listings may combine full project prices, minimum entry prices, partial services and hourly rates.
Prices are shown as published by the providers. Some excluded VAT, while other pages did not clarify whether VAT was included.
Public pricing does not show:
- final contract values
- negotiated discounts
- the full number of revisions and additional tasks
- the actual quality of the design and technical work
- whether projects are consistently sold at the listed price
